Update on glass collection.
Following my correspondence with the local council, we have finally come to an agreement about glass collection areas in Stanmore.
Currently the local council do not recycle glass. However, there are areas around Winchester that have glass recycling facilities.

The council have currently agreed to temporarily put a collection facility at the Carroll Centre (Stanmore Youth Centre).
This will be in addition to the facility located in the Sportsman's Club car park.
A request for signage has also been submitted to local council so the facility can be seen from the road. If the collection point at the Carroll Centre is successful then it shall remain.
